Raleigh, N.C. – Arris Partners today announced the hiring of John McGeehan as Practice Leader of its Agriculture and Private Equity sectors.
As Practice Leader, John will leverage and build upon his extensive global industrial and agriculture experience to serve as a strategic business partner to Arris’ clients while helping to support their business growth initiatives. John is a highly experienced senior executive who brings over 30 years of value-added and measureable business results within Fortune 500 and Private Equity environments.

Prior to joining Arris Partners, John served as a senior HR executive and trusted member of several executive teams. In his previous roles, was accountable for HR spanning all continents in both the Agriculture and Industrial sectors. His responsibilities included talent acquisition, talent management, organizational assessments and design, integrations, compensation, benefits, safety & environmental affairs. Additionally, his domestic and international experience includes mergers & acquisitions, JV’s and start-ups. John earned his BS from Millersville University and his MS from Indiana University of Pennsylvania
