Lee is an Account Executive on our team focused on Private Equity portfolio companies. Lee’s area of focus is PE-backed companies in the Carolinas, but her reach is national.
Lee is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She has more than 25 years of sales and marketing experience, and she also has experience owning and operating two businesses.
Lee was drawn to the world of executive and professional search as it allows her to utilize the skills she gained in all her prior work experiences. She is an active listener who strives to fully understand her clients’ needs and wants, and she is then tenacious in identifying, recruiting and vetting exceptional candidates for her clients to consider for critical roles. Lee communicates well and is an easy conversationalist. When in advertising sales, Lee was the largest revenue generator in the history of the company. She also won the NC Press Association’s Salesperson of the Year Award. Lee now applies that deep desire for exceptional service to her role on the Arris Partners team.
Lee enjoys spending time with her family, cooking, baking, and training her puppy. She also loves playing games with her friends, cheering on the Durham Bulls baseball and UNC basketball teams, trying out new restaurants, and traveling.
